TOOVALU joins LEFEBVRE SARRUT group, European leader in legal and tax knowledge.

Founded in 2012, Toovalu offers a climate & CSR strategy management software solution : it engages decision-makers to integrate corporate social responsibility, climate issues and their impact at the heart of their strategy.

Based at the heart of Nantes Tech, the company is growing at a rate of 30% a year, and now has over 300 customers.
This operation will enable TOOVALU’s software solutions to be deployed Europe-wide, helping companies to comply with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

According to Marie Gaborit, Toovalu’s founder, the complementarities between Toovalu and Lefebvre Sarrut in terms of business expertise, software robustness and compliance will set them apart from other CSRD solutions on the market.
